We called about information if they can apply labels to cartons on a rush shipment. We were told to write an email and we will get an answer within 15 to 20 minutes.
I did not get a respond until the next day afternoon after numerous emails and phone calls that I all replied within minutes. All the time getting the runaround.
It would have been a simple yes and no question.
I found myself 24 hours later having to use FedEx and it costed me an exorbitant amount of money more.
When asked for the manager, he had the audacity to tell me: "Instead of wasting your time on the phone with me, go find
