My aftermarket exhaust was damaged while they changed my tires. They told me not to worry they’ll replace everything. After months of hearing nothing, they said “we can’t just REPLACE a $1,000 exhaust”. I tried even telling them they can make it right on my new bike purchase. They don’t have the one I want coming anytime soon and and after finally speaking to the owner after attempting for over a month the owner told me “You can go somewhere else but good luck finding one they’re hard to come by” and when I told him I actually know of one I can pick up this weekend he said “Fine

Amazing knowledge of parts and service. Gene is an incredible service manager. He got me right in ordered parts and sold me a much better set of tires for a much lower price than I expected. I got a precise invoice and quote and even with shipping I should be riding again this weekend. What a beautiful facility !

Went to check out what they had looked around for about 15 min no one came to ask if I need help then finally some asked me if I need help asked questions about the side by side Pioneer then the sales guy just walked away what a joke . Perfect way to loose a sale or he thought because my skin is brown I have no money so I went and spent my money where there are more respectful

I bring down my 2000 Honda recon 250 and yes it’s a 2000, these people Were the only people who did it I called many people in many people declined me because it’s such a old model and they said they can save my quad I thank them so much for it, thanks gene and all the people who fixed my quad. Will definitely come back!

I can't say enough good things about this place. I bought my 2014 honda pioneer 700 here in Jan '14, when it came time to replace it with the 2019 Pioneer 1000 there was no doubt where i was going. I have been into powersports for over 25 years and have been to many dealers, Mavrix Motorsports is #1. Great service, an experienced owner and sales team that makes buying easy.
