This was my first Medical Spa experience and everyone at RenovoMD made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They did an amazing job, I found the laser process they had to be little to no pain (which was shocking for my first time) Every technician there was calm, reassuring and patient with me, always making sure I was comfortable! Part of the process was treating me like a real person, distracting me with light conversation, while being skilled at doing their job. Nicole was my esthetician and I'm glad I met her! She was so sweet and made me feel at ease when I arrived a little late due to traffic.
We had an awesome conversation as she performed my dermaplane. I decided to add on a mini-HydraFacial session with a glycolic peel at an EXTREMELY reasonable price. At the end she recommended a few products and I happily purchased a retinol she suggested. I cannot wait to use it!
My face is glowing right now and it's all thanks to Nicole. I'll be seeing her again soon! Highly recommend!

I've chooses RenovoMD to fix issues with my legs. After couple procedures of sclerotherapy (which were done in different place and was really helpful ) my leges are covered with spider veins. It's cosmetic procedure to get rid of it. So... all stuff in center is very nice but... when I came for consultation (I came right on time) I spent 40 minutes in waiting room. Well... ok, happens.
In a couple of weeks the laser treatment was done and I was told that I'll notice difference in two-three weeks. I paid 500$. NOTHING happened in two-three weeks, never. All my spider veins are still

Renovo MD is the best med spa I have been to. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and offer great services. The estheticians are fantastic and my skin has never looked so good. Dr. Casella is amazing and does not try to push products and services that you do not need. She has a lot of experience and you are in good hands.

Sue Eramo Webster, the electrologist and aesthetician at this practice,is fabulous. Very professional. Inheriting my mother's unattractive "moustache," I have been having treatments with Sue. The permanent hair removal process is slightly uncomfortable, but the results are great. My dermatologist recommended her stating electrolysis yielded far better results than laser. The offices are pleasantly decorated, the staff very helpful, but, most importantly, Sue is an experienced technician, confident and wise. I listen to her advice regarding my beauty needs.

The WORST , and let me tell you why! I went to Renovo because they were touting that they were one of the few facilities to have been chosen to use Voluma, a filler, for the cheek area. This is a new product, it is expensive but meant to last up to 2 years, so having used fillers in the past, for the past 10 years I was thrilled to try this product with a Doctor no less doing the injection - WAS I in for a surprise - my face is basically ruined. There are just blobs of uneveness on both sides of my face - the material NEVER spread out to reflect an even finish - there are huge dimples - it is

Dr. Jean Casello and her team are absolutely fantastic. I went in for a general consultation after purchasing a promotion through Groupon (or similar service). Dr. Casello provided a thoughtful, thorough analysis of my skin including photos and computer imaging revealing the areas of my complexion that were more/less damaged and where I should focus my skincare.
I did the melanage peel through Dr. Casello's office and had fantastic results- reduced pigmentation and greatly improved skin appearance and texture.
