Services
Electroless nickel (EN) plating is an alloy deposit of nickel and phosphorous. This process provides a uniform plating deposit over complex surface geometries such as threads, blind holes, grooves, slots and the inner diameter of tubing. TPC offers low phosphorus, mid phosphorous and high phosphorus EN plating options with each option offering unique deposit properties.
TPC was founded in 1954 by Dr. Paul Chevis after retirement from General Motors Corporation as a process enhancement consultant. Since that time TPC has evolved into a 66,000 square foot facility that offers its loyal customer base electroless nickel plating, post EN plating aging process, zinc electroplating, and powder coating.
