Services
Are communication issues affecting your relationships or career performance? Have depression or anxiety symptoms started taking control of your life? Do you need help feeling like yourself again after a recent or past trauma? Perhaps you are having relationship concerns or struggles. Or maybe your children or adolescents are struggling to get through school or having other behavioral or life issues.
Many people today live with a varying level of anxiety and panic. For some people, this manifests as a sense of worry, restlessness, tension, panic attacks, difficulty breathing, chest pains, and shakiness. There are different types of anxiety that can vary from a general sense of nervousness to difficulty interacting in public situations.
More than 16.1 million American adults, (which is about 6.7% of the U. S. population 18 and over) are diagnosed with Major depressive disorder each year. Depression impacts people differently and can manifest differently at different times in our lives. Most people have intermittent periods of feeling down or blue.
Parents we want to offer you support, guidance, assistance, and therapy for both you and your children! When you planned for your children, whether it was through birth, fostering, or adoption, you had hopes, goals, and aspirations for them. Then life happens. Sometimes our children are biologically wired with some of their struggles.
A study in 2017 found that as approximately 4.5% of the adult American population identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. LGBTQIA+ adults are more than twice as likely as heterosexual adults to experience a mental health condition. LGBTQIA+ people are at a higher risk than the general population for suicidal thoughts and suicide attempts.

Wonderful atmosphere from the start! The staff here made it their personal mission to make sure my concerns were addressed and gave me the tools to handle what comes my way in the future. I felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in the door.

I can not say enough good things about Jenn Bovee. She has been an amazing supporter of mine and is always a breath of fresh air. Our session dont feel like a therapy session, instead it feels like a chat with a close girl friend that isnt afraid to tell me what I need to hear. I have made alot of changes in my life and
I feel so great and I have her to thank for that. If you are looking for a completely open and down to earth therapist she is your girl!

I have had the pleasure of being a patient at this facility. I am focused on Body Mind Spirit mental wellness. Here you are treated with these 3 things as the front-runner of services NOT protocal NOT what the "book" says . I am unique and the services I have been provided reflect that. My personal philosophy is I see a medical professional for the flu ..i see my mental wellness professional when I am feeling "off or blue". The tools I have been given by Jen to help me on my path of healing is unlike anything I've experied before.
I am blessed and grateful to have them in my life. If you are considering

A miracle worker! I have seen another therapist and she didn’t do nearly what Jenn does. She is so flexible with her schedule. She is very expirienced and offers many different services! Will always recommend her!

I came here when I was at my lowest. I don't know where I would have ended up if I hadn't found this organization. They are very empowering and centered on me, as the client. I would recommend everyone check them out. They will absolutely help you.

I have worked with the owner Jenn for about 2 years. Not only is she one of the best therapists around, she's built a beautiful mental wellness center where others in the community can get the help they need. Jenn is caring and kind, and her team is too. Thanks for all that you do!
