Amanda is persistent and highly educated in her industry. She is also very personable and respectable and treated us more than just another business transaction. We closed today on our refinance with her and couldn’t have been more pleased. She weathered the storm with covid and underwriting and was able to drop our rate lower than expected at a… low cost and also keep closing costs as low as possible. She was always easy to get ahold of and communicate with and her team communicated with us through out the loan process with timely updates and information. I highly recommend working

I have been working with Olaf and Matt from Commonwealth to get pre-approved for a mortgage, they have been awesome. It took them less than a day and they walked me through the entire process. I was turned down by two banks already and they really took the time to listen to my situation and thought outside the box, I will never go to a bank for a mortgage again.

My fiancé and I were first time homebuyers, so this process seemed overwhelming before we met with Will at CMG. Will was incredibly easy to work with, knowledgeable and very professional. He answered all of our questions over the course of several months (and believe me, we had plenty) but he never once made us feel like we were asking too much of… him. He gave weekly updates throughout this process to let us know how everything was going and gave us detailed instructions as to what we needed for the next step. We could not have gotten this process done without him and looking back
