Very disappointing service. I purchased a duct cleaning through Livingsocial.com for $49. Not long after they arrived the upsell began: $145 for disinfecting supply vents and ducts with a spray,$145 for return vents and ducts with a spray and $700 for brushing out supply and return vents and the ducts. Now that's slightly shady to ask when you're AT the residence versus over the phone when the appointment is booked, but whatever, I said no. That's when the trouble began. They then told me they wouldn't even be able to do the basic cleaning service that I had purchased

They did the deal as mentioned but then upsold me by showing me a photo of caked on debris in the ducts and said to clean that it's an addition $300. I am not sure if the photo was even of my ducts since the clean up was was done relatively quickly.
The problem is that some of the dust and debris they cleaned out ended up on my floor and furniture. So now I have to clean that up. Annoying!
