Babylon Consulting, LLC a minority, woman-owned small business founded in 2004 as a sole proprietorship, subsequently formed as a limited liability company in 2008. Babylon Consulting, LLC is currently certified with WBENC as a woman-owned business by Ivette Ruiz Babylon.
Ms. Ruiz-Babylon began providing assistance with due diligence for potential acquisitions for a private equity firm based in Coral Gables, Florida and later expanded through an affiliation with another consulting practice through which the Company began assisting clients in various accounting related projects.Ultimately, Ms. Ruiz-Babylon began to focus on providing "outsourced controllership" functions for various small businesses.
