We ordered our Sundance Spa in June 2020 and had it delivered in December. Shelby at the Lebanon location was a true pleasure to work with. Her and the staff there are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions as this is our first spa. Delivery was seamless. Steve set everything up for us, answered all of our inquiries. We regularly have the water tested in the store. Every time we visit, we have fabulous customer service. I would highly recommend a spa from Goodall’s, go visit Shelby!

Goodall pool repairs may be the most incompetent individuals on the planet. I employed them to diagnose a leak in my pool. It was a process to say the least!They would show up sporadically with weeks in between, bringing their rinky dink leak detection device and repairing tiny little imperfections in the brand new liner. One of the workmen even apologized that "he couldn't stay under the water for very long without his scuba gear, (which was left in the other truck,) due to his smoking a pack day habit." Mean while I'm losing 1 1/2 - 2 inches of water a day. After all the time

Poor communication from all levels of the company. I have had a leak problem and I hired them to fix it. $800 bucks into the troubleshooting and still have the leak. On one ticket, the dispatcher noted that I wanted a pressure test. I don't even know what that is so how could I know to ask for one. Anyway, they did the pressure test and it was negative so they left and charged me $237 and I still have the leak. What I actually said, come to my house do what ever you need to do, come back as many times as you need to come back and tell me at the end what was the leak and what it costs

Worst service no black privilege here. Spent over 7000.00 this year for a liner and a pump and had to keep calling in for for is supposed to be expected. Purchased a pool cleaner, had to return. Gave AHS one price and me another price. Closed my pool for $413, didn't even lower the water. Had to beg for rebate forms. And they installed my pool. Never again.

Absolutely amazing!!!! We were having a hard time getting our pool clean.(it was greener then our grass). We tried to fix it ourselves with no luck. We went in with a sample the employee looked at it and told us what we needed. She explained how much and how to add it to the pool. Not even 12hrs later and we are just cloudy no more green!!!(she did say it would take about 2 to 3 days). Will only go there for all our pool needs for now on! Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable! ( Lebanon location)Definitely would give more then 5 stars if I could. Thank you so much! You saved our daughters
