I've been a Richardson, TX resident most of my life, so I was grateful to be able to open my agency here almost 31 years ago. I proudly attended J.J. Pearce High School, so it was a pleasant surprise when I was able to open my agency so close to it. I graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in marketing.
I love being able to serve Richardson and Collin county because it keeps me connected with my community. Not only do I get to help them with their auto insurance, life insurance, home insurance and renter's insurance but I also get to be their friend. I really like being able to build relationships with my customers while helping them with their insurance and financial needs.

I've had insurance w/ John Moore State Farm for over a year now and I've called several times. I always get connected to a lovely young lady named Samantha who is personable, understanding, and doesn't waste any time. I've nothing but positive things to say about the agency and particularly Samantha Smith! Highly recommend them for your insurance needs.

After an apartment complex fire I needed new renters insurance and couldn’t have gotten luckier to find John Moore and his staff. This was a very difficult time and Reagan was so kind, empathetic and efficient! She was very professional and now I am able to relax knowing when disaster strikes I am in good hands. Would highly recommend as this staff is very responsive and will help you find the best protection!

Feels like a family business. John and his team are attentive and handle everything, just give them a call. In my four years living in Dallas John's team covered all insurance needs. If you prefer picking up the phone and speaking to someone, John's team has you covered. If you prefer using portals, no problem. I highly recommend John and his team for those who want a personable experience with their insurance provider.
