Services
Jim Ferrell has spent his life in the Computer Repair, and Customer Service industry. He got interested in computers while attending, and playing football for the University of Southern Mississippi. Walking through the training room one day, he noticed that they were tracking injuries on a spreadsheet on a computer, and thought that was the coolest thing he had ever seen, and immediately decided that this was what he wanted to do.

Will definitely be doing more business with Jim in the future, he’s as honest as knowledgeable as they come. He’s now my go-to for all my PC repair needs! He fixed the corrupted HD on my Alienware. I never realized it was even running slow until i got it fixed and back from him, it is LIGHTNING speed now!

We experienced a hacking/fraud situation. Jim responded the same day with a home visit and took appropriate measures to resolve. His high quality service was fast, professional and responsive to our need. He put me at ease in a very stressful situation and answered every question I had. Jim rebuilt my laptop. I had no idea that was even possible! He ordered a new hard drive and increased my computer’s memory 10 times (one terabyte). I got a “new” computer for $350 instead of having to purchase a brand new one for $1200. Highly recommend North Alabama Technical Services-you won’t be disappointed!

The total build of my desk top by Jim is a fantastic unit. it has new mother board, new sound card that I wanted just for music and has a start-up that is less than 30 second and more memory than I will ever need. Jim did this in a very short time and a very fair price. Thanks Jim for a really great computer.

We had a great experience with North Alabama Technical Services. I live out of state and with the Covid-19 lockdown, I needed help getting a new computer setup for my mother in Huntsville. Fortunately, I contacted Jim before buying the computer, because he recommended buying a refurbished computer which saved us enough money to more than cover buying a new printer. He helped source both the computer and printer. He made an appointment with my mother and got her all setup. She said that Jim was very patient in answering all of her questions. Mom is happy (and so am I)!

Jim did a great job with my laptop. I took it to him during the morning hour and got it back late afternoon. I "HIGHLY" recommend to anyone that has a problem with their computer to call Jim. He will walk you through every detail that he will perform, and give suggestions on what's needed. His prices are very reasonable. Jim is my new computer tech!!
