Sent an email a few days back asking about prices of a couple of tractors with zero response. Typical of upstate New York where businesses don't bother to reply to emails. It is like living in the dark ages. I'll take my business elsewhere. You just lost a sale! Congratulations on your forward thinking.

Had the same issues with 2 snow blowers... Both had issues with bad gas clogging the carburetor. One they cleaned, works great. The second one went in for service twice... Still not working properly... They decided not clean the second carburator... Charged the price of cleaning though. Did not take it a third time... Planning on taking it elsewhere, where they do things right the first time. Not sure I would recommend this place.
