Worst quality finishing I have witnessed. We were told that the excessive nails holes would not be a problem, were "work in progress" and the Painter would "fix" with putty. They refused to remove and replace the trim. These pictures were taken three days before our scheduled closing. It is obvious that "quality" craftmen were not used. While Rockwell may come back within 1 year to re treat nail pops. They do not come back in 2, 3, etc. years to correct as the nails continue to pop and joints spread further as the house settles. Our opinion is that they rely on covering issues versus fixing them

Rockwell ran our HVAC system while construction carpenters were performing cutting and sanding. Our HVAC had a HEPA filter and dehumidifier which is not designed for use in that environment. I requested that Rockwell replace or re certify the unit and clean all the duct work. They refused to both. They said that they would change the filters and “reach in” and clean the ducts. There is so many things wrong with this. First, Rockwell’s contract directs the buyer to OEM HVAC warranty which they voided by operating in the environment that they did. Second, a “reach-in” clean, only covers
