Fadi is creative and has a 3D vision! He had changed the floor plan of my future townhouse to create more useful space than I expected. When the contractors saw the changes, they built the rest of the townhouses following Fadi’s plan. When I moved in, the contractors asked me repeatedly to show my place as a model. We had a situation where we needed a professional opinion regarding a possible structural issue. Fadi was able to come out, almost immediately, and provide an expert inspection. He was knowledgeable and personable and gave detailed guidance on how to resolve our issue. He also provided all the documentation necessary to satisfy our lenders demands. We used ABC Consulting Inc for a structural review of a residential property, including a general opinion and thorough inspection of a few questionable areas. I hired ABC consulting for structural concerns I had for my home to include my foundation sagging and chimney leaning away from my house.. Fadi came to my home and inspected it providing thorough recommendations to correct the issues I did have. Not only did he inspect my home, he reviewed previous foundation repair estimates I had recieved prior to his inspection and explained in plain, easy to understand terms why the repairs proposed would not actually fix the deficiencies with my foundation.
