Walt Philipp, owner and president of Integral Design & Construction, received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the School of Architecture and Fine Arts at the University of Southern California in 1974. That same year he accepted a position with a Ventura County general contracting company preparing plans and assisting the contractor with various job related tasks.
Three years later he chose to establish his own company, Integral Design, Inc. Walt's previous experience and interest in the construction field shaped his decision to study for and obtain a State of California General Contractor's License in 1982.
