Lauren was professional, transparent, highly responsive (including often in the evenings and over the weekend), proactive and a pleasure to deal with. Honestly.. I don’t know where to even start. HouseHold Staffing as a Super star named Lauren who saved my life during the worst times of COVID. While I was impatient and worried about my career with children House Hold Staffing was a miracle to my life. I have worked with Lauren to find me a position and I can't tell how professional, caring and responsive she is. Lauren is always checking on me to make sure I fell comfortable and she went above and beyond for my best interest, which you can't always find in nanny placement. Not only she matches you with the perfect family but she also make sure the family is comfortable and value you. I can't see myself working with any other agency or even looking for someone else to help me find the best family than Lauren. I highly recommend her 1000%. Household Staffing has done an outstanding job for my family. They have made sure that we are completely satisfied. We currently have a full time nanny whom we absolutely love and we also recently hired a weekend nanny. She is wonderful as well. Both are great people and fit well into our family. If we ever had any issues, Household Staffing has come thru and resolved them in a very timely fashion. They offer several interviews from the start to make sure your family gets the perfect fit.
