Once again, I am left astonished. Chas has gone above and beyond for me and my family. We have had a rough year with emergency repairs and damages to medical leave of absence from work. Chas has been helpful, patient and way more accommodating than he is required to be. His staff is always friendly and polite. I will refer everyone I know, and don't know to him because of the amazing customer service he provides. I will never ever have coverage from any company that is not STATEFARM! WOW! Well I cannot fit all the AMAZING things I would like to on this post. Let me first start by saying, when I switched to statefarm in 2014, I had no idea the level of professionalism and customer service I was going to receive. Chas has always had INCREDIBLE team members with him, from Britney to Angel, IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PLEASURE speaking to my insurance.
