My car broke down on the highway during rush hour. Barely started up again for me to slowly drive in to Automotive Remedies. I came in last minute, when Damien and Daniel took a look at my car. They stayed an hour after close to get me taken care of same day. Gave me a beer, sat me down to relax. They really helped me out in a time I needed it. Even gave me a discount on the repairs for the holiday period.
Can't say enough good things about these guys. They really care and put in the work. They know what they're doing and fair on the service. Well deserved 5 star review in my book

We’ve been looking for a mechanic and will add this one to the list to avoid! I was argued with over did we or did we not make an appointment or mention we even had a coupon because making an appointment would change if I pay $60 vs $100 for the same service! If you can’t be honest and fair and level-headed about conversations you have with paying customers, how can you have integrity in your work!!?? There’s a lack of customer service that doesn’t make me feel welcome to come back and spend money on a simple service.

My experience was really great from beginning to end. They are truly honest and very professional. I normally only go to one place to get my car worked own, but has come to terms that I can't really afford all the mark ups, and the pressure of being asked to get other things worked on. So I found Automotive Remedies with is closer to me. Truly it's only down the street. I called to get a price of a wheel bearing, and the price was more then reasonable. I don't know if its custom for them to allow customers to buy their own parts, but I asked if I could because it was the only way I could afford

Very professional, customer friendly auto mechanics. Damien and Daniel are knowledgeable and have always completed my car maintenance services in a timely manner. I am so glad my husband told me about this shop! I’ve been using them for a few years now and am super happy with their services. It’s nice to know that I’m not being taken advantage of or being pushed into repairs or parts that I do not need. Super pleased by our first visit to Automotive Remedies! We brought in our son's 1996 Ford Bronco with a tricky clutch issue and Damien was able to repair it at a very fair price. He was also exceptional at keeping us updated on the progress and was happy to explain what was done and how to keep the problem from happening again.

My son went to another service center that was close to home. They tried to rip him off with unnecessary repairs. After checking the internet and seeing the great reviews here, I decided to give them a try. They impressed me a lot with their superior professionalism and ability to get the job done in a timely manner. Not only was my son charged a very fair price, I could feel secure with my son driving a vehicle that was well repaired.

I took a 12 y/o Dodge Dakota with over 200k mi on it following a front end rebuild. They were the third shop I took it to and accepted the vehicle. Dominic worked on it until the job was done throughout the afternoon, and charged me exactly what he quoted me despite the extra labor he performed! I've been driving the truck daily now after about a month and there is no steering drift, tire noise, and the truck is driving like almost new (aside from the road noise). I would recommend to everyone to try this place out for your vehicle care!

I had purchased a Groupon for an oil change, tire rotation, and a state inspection. When I called to make the appointment for the service, I informed them the make model and type of oil my car would need and told them I had the Groupon for the deal. After I made the appointment and Automotive repairs serviced my car, I was charged an additional sum for the type of oil that was used for my car. I gave them money for the charge and offered a suggestion that if next time there is an additional charge for service, they should tell people over the phone when they make the appointment. I am writing this review after my first visit to Automotive Remedies. Damion and his team fixed my 2001 Jaguar S-Type at a FRACTION of the cost quoted by the local dealer's service department, this after he helped diagnose the problem over the phone. He also gave me tips on starting the car until it could be fixed. His diagnosis & estimate over the phone were accurate and very timely. (The dealer service dept had the car for over 3 business days before they could/would say what the problem was. The problem was not exotic and was a part that commonly fails in vehicles this age.)
