I have been going to Jaylin and Damian for my last extensions for at least a couple years now. They both do amazing work and I'm always very happy with my results. Recently, I received the brow micro-shading service by Amber, who is also just as amazing. Amber and her staff are all extremely knowledgeable, professional, and aim to please. I wouldn't go anywhere else or hesitate recommending them to anyone! You won't be disappointed!

Well, I don't normally leave reviews, so when I say the customer service at this place is TERRIBLE, I mean it. I mean, the lack of employee/owner professionalism is on another level.
I got a lash lift & tint for my wedding. One of the first things Jaylyn said to me upon arriving was to not have "high expectations" with a lash lift. As a first-time customer and someone who has never had this done before, what's that supposed to mean? When she finished the appointment, I was surprised to see that my lashes had barely lifted. She said to give it until the next day, as they'd likely lift more, so

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Amber. She was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure, while micro shading my brows. She is sweet and thoughtful, inquiring about my pain level while doing my brows. I was unfamiliar with the term micro shading and thought that I was going for micro blading. She gave instructions on the after care and what to expect. Everything she said was true about what to expect. I would recommend her to everyone interested in have their brows done.

Awful customer service and follow up. The PROVIDER no-showed for 2 appointments! And still has my deposit...
I was very excited to try eyebrow lamination. I chose Cilia Lash and made an online appointment for 6pm and put down a deposit. I arrived and no one was there. The sign on the door says they close at 5. I called and the person who answered (owner, I assume?) answered and was apologetic. She said it was a glitch in the scheduling software and offered to reschedule with me 2 days later at 5:30 and to discount my service. I arrived today at 5:22 for my appointment and once again, no one is

I made an appointment online for 6 pm for a lash lift I get there at 5:55 lights off doors locked. I called Amber she FORGOT about my appointment said she would do my lash lift for free the next day at 5 pm. I get there today she’s not there she FORGOT again. She has no respect for other people’s time. I suggest finding another place that is RELIABLE and will respect your time!!!!

I had such a great experience today. The salon was easy to find with GPS assistance, there was plenty of parking, it’s well decorated, clean, and neat! The staff is so warm and friendly, makes you feel welcome and at home. Today I started out with a hybrid, 3 week lash fill with Jaylyn, who was such a sweetie. She was SO gentle and asks the most appropriate questions. As I’m in town from Atlanta my previous set was not applied at Cilia’s. She was so aware of my body’s responses, my eyes were watering due to the eye pads as I’m not use to techs using them on me, so my left eye was watering

I had a fill with Damien. He is WONDERFUL!!! I am new to the area and the search for a lash stylist has been very difficult. I moved from the West Coast and had one fantastic place doing my lashes for 5 years. Lovely Lashes in Las Vegas. Damien easily went over her work and added his own touch. The result, Beautiful. This place has to be the most professional and well put together place I have ever been to. I have always wanted to get eyelash extensions and ive been pretty iffy about it because I didnt want them to turn out being too crazy or anything but I went to Damian Gonzalez and I was blown away. I've been getting my lashes done for a few years now and I must say I felt so comfortable and happy after leaving today! I got a hybrid fill and they look great!!! I've had experiences at other places where I leave and my lashes don't look as full as I like them to (I like them looking bold). Wow they're full and look great!!!! I had my lashes done somewhere else 3 weeks ago, and came here for the hybrid fill. I'm definitely happy with how they look and look forward to seeing how well the retention is.

Today was my third time getting my lashes lifted at Cilia Lash. The first two times it was done by Amber, and the third time it was done by Damian. All 3 times I have been very very happy with my experience and the result of my lash lift!! They do a very thorough job. They are gentle, take their time (but are also efficient) and the price is very reasonable compared to other places in my opinion.
Although I don't do it consistently, I choose to get my lashes lifted because they are long but straight, and I don't want the expense/maintenance/ensuing lash damage that comes with constant
