Rude secretary, had an attitude from the moment the call began. Company claims to be pet friendly- yet you have to pay 2 months rent as a deposit (simply for owning pets) PLUS first months rent (equaling 3 months worth of rent up front) plus pet rent, Ton of breed restrictions, etc. this plus application fees, and whatever else they want to throw at you, that’s almost $4,000 to move into a rinky dink house that’s outdated. From other reviews on google, it’s obvious they aren’t all that “pet friendly” or friendly at all for that matter. Would not recommend for my family, but it could

I rented from these people years ago and had such a bad experience with them that after all this time, I wanted to see if they were any better now. I agree with the reviews that gave them low stars because I had the same experiences. It was so bad for us that we finally had had enough and left the property in better condition than we found it (they had not even painted the walls and there was a sunken floor they never fixed then, they charged us for a very old refrigerator that broke down and told me I broke it!) and we let them keep the deposit! That's how bad I wanted to get away from them! Notice

I have a 4 page review but not enough room on this to post all, I had a property manager who has been working in housing property management for over 20 years, who owns her own leasing company review our lease and she said she had never seen a lease like this in her entire career and that if any owner she worked with tried to pull mess like this she would immediately discontinue business with them.

I have rented 3 homes in my lifetime. This newest rental experience had been by far the best I've had. I have rented from Executives Inc. for over 10 yrs. now and have found them very responsive to my needs as well as sympathetic to my problems. They are a realty group with a heart and manage their properties with integrity, paying attention to details that others don't. I look around at other occupied rental homes and find mine in far superior shape to theirs. Executives, Inc. Realty Group is really consistent and trustworthy. I started renting out my townhouse through them ten years ago. The owner, Brown Pearson, was always available for questions and his staff were knowledgeable and reliable, too. I was a novice homeowner/landlord and they made it easy for me. They were competitive price-wise and value added. This past December, as the renters were moving out, we agreed to put my place on the market, and Executives found a buyer right away, and it wasn't even one of their renters, which is what I'd always expected. My family and I relocated from Tampa, Florida this past summer. We looked at over 50 homes over a six month time span. We spoke with easily over 25 different property management companies during that time. I was really starting to feel like a number and dollar figure to most of these companies. Executive has been managing my property for over 10 years. Their services are excellent. I do not have to wonder if the tenants are satisfied. The rent is paid promptly and they manage all other expenses related to my town house on timely basis The property is rented promptly and it appears that the tenants are satisfied for their services.

Great company to lease from!
My wife and I rented a 2 bedroom town home and the monthly rent was more than fair. The property was in a very nice neighborhood and was very well kept. Lived there for a year and had a few minor issues that were fixed right away at no charge to me. In the time that I lived there I had a handful of conversations with the staff of Executives and they were always very nice, accommodating and helpful. I would still be living on the property had my family not outgrown the space! I truly enjoyed my experience renting from them and would recommend it to anyone!

To be fair and up front, I am not nor have ever been an official customer of theirs. My review is based on what I saw in writing on the application and discussed with their agent.

They sent a bill nearly 2 months after we moved out (after 45 day window) calming several thousand in damages that were there when we moved in. Before moving out the property manager confined that it was pre-existing damage and that we wouldn't have to worry about it. We called several times after moving out and when the finally got back to us told us nothing about this charge. They have yet to send details of the repairs despite a request sent vie certified letter.

We rented from them for 4 years and went out of our way to be good renters. On the day before Christmas we got a letter saying that not only were they not going to give us our security deposit of $1,500 back but they would charge us an additional $1,000 . They charged us for things that they didn't mention after the final inspection. These things were supposedly found while someone else was living there. When we tried to reason with them they told us that we were "crazy" to expect them to only charge us what they had agreed on.

The houses they have listed for rent appear to be very nice, and well kept. If you have the money to spend they would likely have something nice for you, and their houses are in most surrounding Richmond areas, so there is something for everyone here.
Now If you're like me at scowl at the idea of bleeding someone dry financially then read further ...
A person with pets, it's going to cost you $250 PER PET security deposit, ALONG WITH 2 security deposits up front (at the cost of a months rent per). Including if I remember right first and last month&apos
