Unacceptable service!!! Ordered an arrangement for a family members funeral service that we were unable to attend. Got the following email: We are sorry to inform you that your floral order for: Tony Sockwell has been cancelled due to the unavailability of your specified florist, CONNIE'S FLOWER & GIFT. Your credit card has not been processed.We do apologize for any inconvenience.
REALLY???? why even have a website if you aren't available? Very lame.

Choose to order from hometown. Order was not as described on website. Poor customer service, and did not make any attempts to resolve. Stick with FTD directly, some things never change!

Fast, friendly, professional service. She always has the perfect gifts for all occasions. Her flower arrangement are fresh, beautifully and an artistic masterpiece. She is extremely helpful and is available at all hours for all of your needs. I have used her for 20 plus years and never been disappointed.

To start with, I love Ms Connie's FLOWER SHOP!!! Now someone wants to put a bad review because she doesn't have a public restroom, well good grief, it's a dang Flower Shop not a Gas Station. Grow up people!! Love You Ms Connie !!!

Awesome store and service! They have such a great selection for all of your needs! Flowers and plants are beautiful and lasted beyond my expectations! The sales people go above and beyond to fulfill your every need no matter how long it takes!

I asked to use a restroom and was told we don't do that... I said I hope I can hold it and avoid an accident and was told if I thought I was going to have an accident to please go use the dirt.
