Terrible customer service. Tried multiple times getting ahold of Cody and lady in office never returned my calls. She finally answered and was very rude and unhelpful. Would recommend ANYONE ELSE!

Tried to call for 15 minutes and I got a busy single over and over. You would think a business would have either call waiting or at least 2 lines of service to avoid losing a customer. When I finally did get through, I got put on "hold" (setting the phone down on the desk) while they had to look up the price. Only to not have any other questions asked about my vehicle. They have been around for a while is my understanding, but I don't see how they are even still open with this lever of poor customer service.
I will go to Poplar Bluff where they can get you in and out in the same day and for a
