Services
David's training is in experiential psychotherapies such as gestalt, bioenergetics, psychomotor, and psychodynamic therapy. This training came in the early stages of his career as he realized the depth and intensity of people's life stories. More specifically, this highlighted his sense that what happens to us experientially remains with us.
Being in a relationship is like a test; a test of how you treat yourself, and how you treat others with whom you are intimate. There are three essential elements; you, your partner, and the feelings/energy/spirit between you. Therefore, you must take care of and nurture the relationship in a balanced way while asking your partner to do the same.
Chief of Child Development Unit at Children's Hospital and Professor at Harvard Medical School. The following is feedback I received for the manuscript of my book Heartful Parenting. I am deeply grateful for the acknowledgement and appreciation Dr. Berry Brazelton, Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School, had for my work.
Living in a world burdened by new and persistent problems of family, work, and life in general, it does not come as a surprise that mental health issues have become widely pervasive amongst our generation. It's not uncommon to feel a tad bit anxious before a significant moment in your life; this may include a big presentation at a corporate seminar, or preparing to propose to your loved one, or starting a new job.
Dealing with depression is never easy. The more aspects of your life that trouble you, the more challenging it gets to stay self-assured. You don't have to go through it alone. It's also important to not ignore the symptoms of your depression. You may have been told that it's just stress or grief, and that you will be fine if you just "think positive."

David has been my therapist for the past 8 months, and I simply could not imagine working through the pain and trauma I have endured with anyone else. He really helped me to gain so much perspective on my life and the people around me. I thank this man after every session we have. He is very present and encouraging. I am not very religious, but it seems as though God works through him. He is the kindest and most genuine human being I have ever met. David is truly a gifted therapist. He will not treat you as just a client, but rather as a partner on a psychological journey. I am so blessed to have

My past experiences with therapy were not great and it therefore took awhile to find my rhythm with David, but I walk away from my appointments feeling equipped and in-control of my mental health. David wants his patients to be realistic and mindful, while releasing themselves from traumas. His style is both incredibly unique and highly effective, and he will never judge you for anything. He cares about results, and will help you realize them even if it requires less traditional methods. If you want to talk to an expert, look no further.

David has helped me through so much. I 100% recommend his services to anyone in need of a great psychologist. I suffer from major depressive disorder, anxiety disorder and ptsd. With David's help I've gone from internalizing my feelings, being terrified of feeling my sadness, projecting my sadness into anger and hardly being able to cry, let alone in front of anyone. He's helped me to find root causes to my mental disorders, feel the pain and work through it. I have severe social anxiety and find myself more confident than I ever thought I could be. I went from someone who was too scared to feel

I have seen David from an early age and about 3 years ago I started seeing him again for anxiety. When I first started seeing David I was a basket case, agoraphobic and could not function. He diagnosed me with PTSD. David's approach although not considered the norm, is the most effective therapy that I've ever been through, he has changed my life, I have more confidence, I'm panic attack free and I live my life the way it's meant to be lived because of my sessions with him. No medicine, all feelings and a person you can always count on to help you through whatever you've got going on in your life
