Considering I called out of the blue and was looking for a solution within 30 minutes of closing on a Saturday, I couldn't be happier and grateful. 6 stars in my book. Very customer friendly. Big decision to find this RV that would be comfortable, safe and easy to drive. Wanted to find a layout that would be great for my husband and I but also our grandkids. Jacob was helpful and did his best to get us all that we wanted. We had a very thorough walk thru going thru all ( inside and out) with Kyle. We purchased a used RV and Kyle had no prob answering our many questions. Super impressed and highly recommend!

Just picked up our first RV from Dennis Dillons in Westminster. Found what we liked online and was contacted by Phil the thrill who stands up to the name. We were initially there to look at a 21' wolf pup which he showed us all the different models but it was the Winnebago micro Minnie that we eventually went with.
Kyle greeted us promptly when we showed up and was able to help us with all our questions.
He really made the experience feel comfortable and after he was done reviewing everything we felt like we were 50 year rv veterans.

Went in to DDRV for two Reasons. One, initially to look at Wolf Pup Trailers specifically 22 to 28 foot range, enough for two people, mostly.
Secondly, It's former site of Willy The Whale and Sunset Ford. Hoping for that good Luck to Persist. Sadly, will most likely be taking my Business and Money, Elsewhere. MOSTLY OUT OF SPITE!!!
I mentioned that I was curious about the Van Conversations, mostly out of curiosity.
Stupidly learned my lesson. The Hard Way...AGAIN.
Within an Hour, We were convinced that our ONLY Options on the Entire Lot were either the Brand Spanking New Mercedes 4x4

I'm here to update my review of DDRV. This part is for the repair department. While driving home from a camping trip the arm of the awning broke while driving on the 91 fwy. It stuck out into the next lane. We pulled over and removed part of it to get home. We took it to DDRV because we purchased their extended warranty. We had never even used the awning. They had our RV for 2 months, throughout the summer. My husband called several times to see if they had heard from the warranty company. This place has the worst after purchase customer service ever. There are multiple problems with a new $100,000 purchase I made. I've been trying to make an appointment for four months! You call and it just rings and after 5 minutes will say to call later. You try with their google chat and they say someone will contact you and they never do.

We purchased a preowned RV recently and wanted to learn how to operate. The previous owners got it from DDRV. When we called, Lisa Lisa and Matt Storm were the best in helping us setup a walkthrough. We had an easy comfortable buying experience at DDRV! Jason our sales rep, was super easygoing and didn't pressure or rush us into a decision. Jason was awesome at communicating and keeping us updated on delivery times and expectations. Jose the finance manager was up front and super helpful getting us the perfect deal and right warranty! Overall our experience was good. We were from out of state so had to fly in to do inspection and sign papers. Our unit was ready for us and Justin at the dealership did an excellent job of taking us through every aspect of our new motorhome. Showed us how everything worked and was very patient with all of our questions.
Reason for only 4 star was the unit was not ready for delivery on the promised date. Also there where some detailing issues that had to be corrected after our inspection that we felt should have been found by the dealer.

We purchased a one year old RV in June 2020. They promised it had an inspection and all units worked properly. As we drove it off of the lot, a large amount of water came leaking out of the AC vent. We drove it right back in and showed them. They promised they would fix it after we got back from our trip. During our trip, the water continued to leak from our AC ducts and the unit itself. We had to use buckets to catch all of the water as it leaked. I took videos of the leakage and sent it to DDRV.

Jacob Harding sold my parents their first RV and we have had and he was so knowledgeable and best part was he was not at all pushy. It was a pleasurable experience from the first minute we made contact.

I called their finance guy, Dave House, to ask him to transfer the previous warranty from an Entegra Cornerstone I just bought from the seller, who was their previous customer. Nothing really in it for them except a $50 transfer fee, but Dave House was right on top of it. Called me back several times to make sure he had it all correct before submitting the paperwork to the warranty company. Very impressed with his professionalism. Thanks

Bought our 2021 Midwest Automotive Design RV at a great price (considering the crazy RV market). Jacob, Kevin, & Mike in Finance made the transaction seamlessly smooth. After a few weekends out, we discovered, as expected, a slew of minor "fix it" items. Matt & Dennis in service were courteous and timely. I was warned that due to the market, the service dept. was super slammed, yet they were able to complete the list within 3 weeks. We walked in to meet Jason our salesman. He gave us a tour and showed us around all the trailers. We never felt any pressure when we were looking around. My brain said, "And I need coffee." But I just smiled and started "smother petting" our lone female cat who was laying on top of my chest smothering me... she still would not budge. At all.
Hubbins let out a deep sigh and said, "We should trade our trailer in for an motorhome." I shot right up. "What?" I could finally breath without the full force of weight from that crazy feline.
