I don't know how many cruises we have booked through Kim's Kruises, but quite a few, and all have been excellent with great prices, perks, knowledge, and service. Even though we have never met face to face, and we live in CA we feel the people at Kims are the best cruise agents. Long ago we had another agent that was not very good.

I have been using Kim's Kruises ever since my second cruise back when her sister was running it. I have stuck with them for every cruise since because they have the best prices (and I check all the sites) Valerie and her crew are great to talk too and work with. I remember a cruise on the inaugural of the Golden Princess when Princess made a huge… mistake on my room. The ship was totally booked so we had to stay there but said my next cruise they will upgrade us to a balcony. So we books a 15 day Hawaiian cruise and the cheapest room they had. Princess did not want to upgrade us to a balcony
