My company, Fleet Doc has been a member of the BBB since I opened 3-1-2014 and they have supported me from the beginning, if I have questions they have the answers. Fleet Doc is very proactive with any customer concerns which would make you think the BBB is not a value but this is far from the facts. The Lexington BBB has been a huge part in the growth of Fleet Doc in many ways including advertising, sending us referrals, and using their knowledge when a scam is determined.

Wildcat Moving. My husband and I were downsizing and we looked online to find the best rated moving companies. Wildcat Moving consistently came up as best on all sites I looked on. No Bull Roofing recently did work for us on medium size project. They were without a doubt the friendliest, most efficient sub contractor we used. United Contracting is a very professional and skilled company. I had to hire them after another local company, Classic Cut, did a very poor job of putting in a new paver patio. The patio had a large area of standing water after it rained. Never would come back, when they said they would. United Contracting had to redo about half of the patio. Just had hours of pouring rain and guess what. NO STANDING WATER . Great job š

So this is mid 2019 and I'll have to change my previous review from 5 to a 1 star..... Many many many reasons for this, the BBB is supposed to protect future customers of "bad" contractors, first a 2 year old roof that leaked since the roof was installed and this poor lady called me out to help and I took care of all her needs and fixed the leaks a ( home the concepts ROOFING did!!! ) This older woman contacted the BBB multiple times to file a complaint and the BBB told her that her roof was out of warranty so no claim could be filed, this roof was 2 years old and it first leaked months after first

I was very pleased the day our windows were installed back in November 2018. The courteous of the workers, and the time they put in to get all 13 windows installed in one day. We love our new windows and we can tell a big difference especially in our bedroom. Our heating unit is right outside of one of the 4 windows we have in our bedroom, and I must say before we could hear the unit come on. So now since our new windows were installed that noise from the heating & air unit is no more. I would highly recommend 'WINDOW WORLD' to all friends looking to upgrade.

We want to recommend Window World for our new windows, doors, vinyl siding and gutters. The service workers were professional and friendly. The cost of everything was reasonable and within our budget. I wish we had taken photos of the before condition for comparison. I recommend Window World and their products to anyone interested in improving the looks and energy efficiency of their home. Thank you.
