They were friendly and quick. A great place to get your eyebrows waxed and tinted.

Had a consult and had my daughter with me. then my appointment looked like things were going good. got done hair wrong color. they said they would fix it. week later another appointment. major mistake the girl said she spoke to two others to make sure everything was done good. looked good when done. less the 12 hours later my hair started to break. I have not put chemicals in my hair for 13 years. did everything she said to do now I have lost at least 3" of my length and my hair is still breaking. very upset for it has taken a long time to grow my hair out. I use to pull it all back in a pony tail

This review is about Fallon Helm (owner), not the business. She is a very rude lady. I couldn't help but to overhear the whole thing, her yelling at workers in a store for her mistakes. As another customer, I was embarrassed for her. No grown up should act how she was acting. Especially in front of your kids/ young adults. Watch the way you treat your customer service workers. Do better.

Loved getting back in the chair again with Jayde today! I can show her her a color that I want and she works her magic every time! She is amazing and so much fun to be with. She also gets to know your hair routine and knows how your routine works and recommends products that works best for you, and they are lifesavers! I could go on for hours on how epic and amazing she is....
