I am extremely happy with Tom’s work on my behalf on my injury litigation. If anyone is ever in need of a hard nosed attorney that gets the job done this is the person for you . Thomas McElyea was hired to represent my 85 year old mother in a law case with a large trucking company. A driver of an eighteen wheel truck failed to stop at a traffic light and totaled my mother's SUV. She received injuries that took months to heal.
