Firstly, I would like to say that I have never heard of Arroyo Pools before. My wife and I were looking on the internet for local pool builders. Then she remembered her boss was building his pool and he used Arroyo Pools for his build. So she inquired and got nothing but rave reviews. So we decided to go with Arroyo Pools and we were totally satisfied.
From the conception of the design to moment we jumped into the pool, every step of the process was professionally handled and was done on time. I have heard of horror stories of people in court with their pool builder because of unfinished work

We had a good initial visit and discussed what we were looking for in our backyard. What we asked was exactly what we got. We were not disappointed. COVID-19 was an obstacle to the timing, but they still pressed on to complete it as close as possible to the timeline discussed. You will get quality work from Arroyo Pools.

So far, this contractor has been super professional, punctual, amenable to to my suggestions and creative in offering alternatives. When a monkey wrench was thrown into my financing, Oscar was gracious enough to be patient about commencing. I'm sure I'll be adding to this review when the "digging" starts but very happy thus far.

Arroyo Pools was by far the best pool company. There service was unmatched and their attention to details was awesome. We worked hand in hand to design our exact vision for our pool within our budget. We recommend to anyone in need of creating your pool:-)

He's Your best friend until he gets paid, then NEVER answers the phone. Did a descent job on resurfaced pool but left the tiles a mess and never came back to clean or finish the job. I really hate when people leave you worst than they started.
The unfortunate part was he came highly recommended. Calls to rectify the situation fell on deaf ears. He scheduled to come and fix it and never showed 2x. Then quit answering the phone.

We are truly pleased with the work Arroyo pools did at our house. Their attention to detail was amazing. We now feel like we live in a resort. I would highly recommend them.

We shopped around before deciding on Arroyo Pools. By far Oscar was such a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I had no idea what we wanted and he helped us form a vision and went above and beyond with the delivery. Our pool is so beautiful. We couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend.

Whenever we decide to make any improvements to our house, finding the right person to give that job to do could be very stressful. But Oscar make that process easy, he was always kind, he listened to all ours concerns but most important he was always honest. My backyard have some issues and unfortunately our pool can't be build, but dealing with Oscar throughout the all process was a very nice experience.
