Dr Romaine is a credentialed Master Dentist, in the Academy of General Dentistry and has practiced in Frostburg, Maryland since 1995. She and her staff are dedicated to providing comprehensive dental care with the most current dental technologies, combined with years of experience and attention to the concerns of our patients.

I had appointment today (7/7/2021) at 9.40 AM, when I went at Bedford Dental, I was told that my appointment was canceled ! No apology ! They told me, they sent message, which upon checking all my contacts, never received it. Actually, I got reminder for my appointment just yesterday by email (7/6/2021) ! Time to move on where they are care about customer, time and provide customers service with fair respect!

All the personal and the doctor that are there are very nice to everyone that comes in. They want to go the extra mile to make sure your happy and all your problems are taken care of. Ive always felt at ease when im in here and, they will answer all your questions at concerns. Thru these troubling times of today its nice to go somewhere that you feel comfortable at and this is one of them places for me. Thanks to all that work there.

Bedford Dental is awesome!! We have the same hygienists every time and they remember us and ask about the personal things that we’ve discussed last time we were there! They are gentle and conscientious of how we are feeling. The Dentist is wonderful. He filled a rather large hole in my tooth and was very caring and his assistants are very good at what they do which makes the Dentists job quick and painless! We also like the way the Dentist jokes with us, that puts us at ease! The whole staff is just phenomenal, always the same smiling faces! Consistency is key especially at a medical office!

The only reason it is 1 star is that there are no 1/2 stars. We have come to expect great service while Dr. Cullen practiced, since his departure our service has been less than desirable and at times left us feeling like we had no other option. Well, there is an option, we left the center and will pursue a different dentist.

I am very pleased with Dr. Ibrahim and all of his team and staff. They are friendly and helpful, and they provide excellent care. They communicate in a timely manner, either by phone or email. The surroundings are clean and pleasant. Especially important to me was that Dr. Ibrahim and Laura patiently assisted my husband and me in working out our treatment and answering questions as I researched insurances and savings plans due to the extent of our dental issues.
