Great experience! Family owned and nice selection. Had issues with another dealer and made the drive from Louisville. Had called Crystal to ask if she would hold one till later today. Showed up 5 minutes before closing. Had the bike out back ready to load when I pulled up! Went inside took care of paperwork and $. Was on my way home in less than 30 minutes. Thanks again to the family and staff for a great experience!

This place simply does not know what they are doing... and they could be damaging your bikes! Read on for 3 stories of how Collins Powersports just in the last few months.
1. Ordered some brake pads. After 2 weeks I called to check on them. I was told in no uncertain terms they were backordered and had no estimated arrival date. After a lengthy discussion, I suggested I would just order some elsewhere and to cancel the order. Parts guy says, "Go ahead and make sure you can find some online and call me back if you want to cancel." After 4 hours of searching I found what I needed online

I called 10 different motorcycle shops and refused to visit their locations because of the outlandish cocky attitude the sales people had. My last call being in KY and living in Ohio I figured well what can I lose. The young lady on the phone was super chill she didn't try to pressure me into coming in that day, it was a very relaxed fun conversation. I stopped in that same day. She showed me around and treated me like a human being. Again no pressure, she helped me find the bike that was correct for me. Low and behold it wasn't anything close to the most expensive thing in the store. The paperwork

Not at all happy with service received here. Had a complete tuneup and carburetor overhaul, but was returned with choke inoperative and very difficult cold starting. The final straw was the installation of new front and rear tires. After installation the rear tire would go flat in approx one week from what I suspected was a bad bead set around the rim. There was no nail or foreign object damage to the tire. Also, the valve stem was incorrectly installed facing a rib of the wheel and was impossible to check pressure or add air (a constant task) without bending the rubber out. I would not complain

I'm so glad I decided to visit Collin's Powersports, because their service, selection, and sales were the best around. First time motorcycle buyer, and they helped me through all of it. They had everything ready for me they day of pick up, and couldn't have been happier with my purchase. I received my title promptly in the mail, sooner than expected even. I bought my first bike here after shopping around on the internet for months. As soon as I walked in the door I felt like this was the place for me. The sales staff is awesome. Pebbles is great and walked me through everything I needed to know. Parts and service helped me to get the gear I wanted, and Alex caught a pretty big sizing error on my leathers before the order was placed. Financing was great. Horrible customer service. After calling twice, being hung up once, sitting and listening to on-hold music for 2 songs and then being told they wouldn't even consider looking at my bike to adjust the idle and sync the carbs...I'll never go there again. I bought 2 bikes from here and they won't even look at my bike? Done.

I went into Suzuki Honda Kawasaki of Florence last week looking for a new motorcycle. I was overwhelmed with the amount of dealer add-ons on top of the retail price. They charge for freight, doc fees, title fees, temporary tag, lein fee and I'm sure I've missed a few of the additional charges. This place is truly a "Stealership" and one to avoid if you are looking for a new motorcycle.

This Suzuki dealership (although easy to miss if your not watching carefully) is very helpful.
They got the parts I needed in a timely manner and made recommendations about other things to consider.
My wife once picked up parts for me there and because it was close to closing time and she was a woman dressed in a professional business suit she had some trouble getting waited on.
But, overall they are a very good shop.
