What a great experience from start to finish, I highly recommend this shop. I needed a quick turnaround on a repair and they were able to accommodate on short notice. Everyone was friendly, shop clean and well lit, and they did everything promised to get me back up and running. Replaced rear trailing arm bushings with upgraded polyurethane ones and flushed the power steering fluid.

Your BMW is preprogrammed from the factory to tell you to perform the following services at certain intervals, while most of them are pretty accurate, some are not and some are even omitted completely. Excluservice is committed to ensuring effective communication and digital accessibility to all users.
Starting in 2009 BMW started selling BMWs with Advanced Diesel with BluePerformance Technology. While Diesels may operate very similar to a Gas/Petrol Engine they are very different in how they function. At Excluservice we have the experience, knowledge and tools to perform the most basic repairs such as Oil and Filter changes.

They gave me a full detailed list of everything wrong with my car and the order in which it needed to be fixed, complete with photos. They gave me a loaner car during the time they had my car, and Isaac called to talk to me about my options with each potential new repair. They actually replaced something for free and washed and vacuumed my car. I would recommend no one else for BMW repairs.

Excluservice is a customer-centered business, and they know their way around BMWs. Owning an older BMW means sometimes getting expensive repair work done. But Stephane and his team explain everything, listen, and the mechanics get it done right. I am a return customer because of their practical approach to repair work, excellent communication, and fair prices. Very highly recommended.

Friendly and professional staff, competitive pricing, and honest work. My only complaint is that even for seemingly quick repairs (battery, brake pads, etc.) they make you drop the car off. Just wish they allowed customers to wait on-site while work was being completed for quick repairs. However I understand this isn't the average in-and-out-quick-lube shop, and to limit physical contact with COVID-19. At the end of the day they are very thorough in their work and have a fair turnaround time.

Excluservice’s technician accurately diagnosed a complicated problem involving several systems in my 22-year-old BMW 5 series (E39). I might add this was after another local service did not. I went to excluservice several times. They advertise themselves as offering dealership services at a much lower rate. I got a diagnostic test done with them and the charge was significantly more than what the dealership quoted me. They also charged an insane amount just for changing windshield wipers. I expressed frustration at this and they just responded defensively. Over a year later I decide to give this shop a chance again and make an appointment since they consistently send me coupons. After making the appointment, I get a call later from the owner saying that he cancelled my appointment

I took my Mercedes Sprinter Van there for the first time after reading everyone else's reviews. Perfect experience for me. Attractive pricing. Very capable, friendly and thoughtful staff. Locked up the van in their garage overnight after I told them there were some valuables inside. They even washed the Sprinter when they were finished, too! (it ain't easy to wash those vans). Read the reviews before deciding to take my car there and the service and attentiveness definitely lines up with the good reviews! I was assisted by Isaac and he was great with me and the service provided every step of the way. I’m big on details and the text messages and follow-ups about my vehicle and my options (with no pressure) was great. Had bad experiences with BMW dealerships since moving here a little over a year ago so wasn’t expecting too much but the service and experience exceeded my expectations. As long as I’m living in the DMV area I’ll be making this my go to shop. Thanks

I called Excluservice on Monday because I am buying a car in Kensington and I live in Massachusetts and wanted them to do a Prepurchase inspection since the BMW In Rockville no longer provides this service. The young man I spoke with assured me this wouldn't be a problem and I would receive a detailed inspection with supporting photos. After confirming with the car owner, I call back later the same day to make the appointment for 9 am Tuesday morning. I got an estimate to have springs installed in my m4 and was quoted an astronomical $1,700+. Knowing that this is only a 2-3 hour job I called a handful of very reputable tuner shops in the area and received quotes from $475-600, including alignment. this tells me these guys either did not understand the job (it's pretty obvious and was very clearly articulated), they do not have any aftermarket expertise, or they offered a high price because they thought I was an unsophisticated consumer with money to burn. either way, I will not be going back.

These guys are nice enough but if you take two minutes to look at your bill, it's pretty clear you're getting ripped off.
They charged me $38.59 in labor to change the cabin filter, which took me 58 seconds and no tools to do it myself....that's over $2,300 per hour. Apparently they have brain surgeons back there working on cars.
Add to that $270 for a battery that typically retails for $120 and $64 in labor to change the battery (four easily accessible bolts).
As much as I'd love to support BMW Excluservice, I'm not interested being ripped off.

I've been a customer of BMW Excluservice since August 2015. I was referred by a coworker whose family has patronized this business for many years. I can say that the level of customer service is exceptional and much more affordable than going to the BMW dealership. I also appreciate that this shop only deals with authentic parts, which they ship from the BMW factory in Germany. If you're looking for a reliable place to take your BMW, I strongly recommend this place.

I am usually skeptical in smaller shops with lower prices, usually it means lower quality service. (You get what you pay for) However I decided to give Excluservice a chance, and I have to say, the attention to detail and the extended knowledge of the technicians really impressed me a lot.
I would go back for any additional work that needs to be done with my 2009 BMW E89 Z4.
