We use Gatsby for their plowing and shoveling services. I believe this is our 3rd or 4th year and we've had nothing but a great experience with them. We love their logical system of plowing after a certain amount has fallen. (We've had people who seem to show up when they want and you cannot figure out how they rationalized plowing so many times.) Their bills are very easy to understand with dates, etc.
The shoveling is very reasonable is SO worth it to not have to bundle up and shovel our walkway.
This fall they came out and put the stakes in the driveway to mark it.

This place gave us shabby, disorganized service. Could not come out to work on our lawn when scheduled and would not return at least seven phone messages I left with the receptionist over three months' time. She would add me to the "call log" but nobody cared. They told me they planted grass twice but it never came up. Yet grass I planted myself did come up and I wish I would have done the work myself to begin with. Don't waste your time and money.
