Laura was so great to work with. My brother passed away in August and I wanted to make a special keepsake for my family. She helped me make it perfect and I teared up in the store while creating it and again when I picked it up. She is very sweet and creative. They turned out beautifully.

I had a retirement gift made for my husband with a picture printed and a poem engraved on a wooden plaque. From start to finish I was very pleased. I called the shop to see if they could do a rush last minute order and gave an idea of what I was thinking. Luis confirmed it could be done, so I headed into the store to get it designed out. The store was much larger than I had expected! There were tons of really well done examples and ideas to choose from. We discussed the specifics of what I was wanting and then left to get it all sent electronically through text or email to Luis to get started.

I ordered 2 items from WIC gifts for my husband retirement. After picking out what I wanted. They said the time frame would be about 3 weeks & that it was. When I went too pick up they had it displayed and just want you to know I was blown away with the way everything turned out that I was in tears. They went above and beyond to what we thought we were getting . They made my weekend and cant wait to share at Fireman Dave retirement party. I know the other firefighters are going to love it. Totally love this place. They worked a same day miracle for me. I was from out of town and needed a same day engraved plaque for my brother who retired from the military. They helped me pick out a really nice plaque and engraved within hours. They were so professional, friendly, and accommodating. The plaque was amazing and they even followed up with me to be sure I was able to review and approve the layout before engraving it. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.
