Lance and his team completed the clean out of my father’s apartment after he passed. They were quick, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Lance and his Team. We used the company for an Estate Clean out. It was an extensive cleanout of a house and some outdoor debris as well. Lance was very fair in his price and the work was completed promptly and respectfully. The team that did the clean out was respectful, polite and fun all at the same time which made a less than happy occasion better. It really stood out how the team enjoyed working together which speaks loudly to me about how a business treats both its customers and employees. I plan to use Lance's Hauling again.

We were able to work with him on a recent project in both a full service capacity, where Lance and his team did everything and we didn't lift a finger, as well as a do it yourself approach, where we loaded up the dumpster ourselves at our own pace.
The flexibility to have both options with the same team, and Lance's responsiveness meant we were able to get much more completed in the timeframe we had than we originally expected. A real value add and a lifesaver on a tight deadline!

I would never think of using anyone else for junk removal. I've been in Real Estate for 31 years and have never known a better juk removal company. I personally use them myself for both my home and rental properties and I knnow many of my peers in the real estate business would only refer Lance and his team. His team is part family, part employees. They work fast quick and leave a place immaculate. Pool removals, shed tear downs, deck removals...they do it all! Don't waste your time with a fly by night operation as they are insured, honest, don't play slippery games with you like

If only all companies were run like this! Lance and his team cleaned out our rental property (a four-bedroom apartment) that was left in a state of disaster by the previous tenants. Lance and his team were at the job site early, they were totally professional, and the apartment was perfect after they left. What I found to be the best part of dealing with this company was how they seemed to pride themselves on making me (the customer) happy. I sent Lance an email on Sunday afternoon. He called me later that evening (!). I told him the situation, and he had it taken care in 48 hours! Amazing! I refer Lance clients all the time. He has done clean outs for neighbors,clients, family members but I had never used him myself personally until today. I know the quality of his service and I use him because he is a local business and not a corporation.

A relative in Watervliet, NY unexpectedly passed away, and I happened to call Lance and I Get Junk to help us clean out his very, very, very cluttered 2nd floor apartment.
