This store has products from all over the world. It also has TONS of plastic. Fruits and vegetables wrapped in Styrofoam and plastic wrap. You cannot use your own bags at check out-- they love to give you more plastic. At a time when our planet is under threat in a way that will eventually lead to our own extinction, why not get with the program and stop using a material that does not decompose? I refuse to shop here because of the store's callous attitude towards the environment.

I heard that Marketplace On Oakton is a nice store to buy fresh and cheaper fruits and veggies so I visited the place and they were right. The store has a massive selection and section of various fruits and veggies all looking so fresh and the price is so much cheaper than the other stores. I also look around for other goods and they have imported goods a lot of it, some items are not available I assumed and there was a fish section but it is limited cause there were only a few different fishes that are available. I only bought fruits and vegetables and some imported goods and then I headed to

We LOVE living blocks away from this grocery store! Their produce is fresh and inexpensive. Their workers have helped me find spicy and not spicy peppers for recipes; the cashiers (who are ALWAYS friendly--every one of them!!) have given me ideas for how to cook new products I was purchasing. We don't know what we would do without this store.

Great place for vegetables! This is a veggie-lovers dream place. They have loads of fruits and vegetables at very reasonable prices. They are located next Aldy's. So, whatever you don't find, there is a place for a Plan B. My recommendation is that you go here first. There is ample parking and many Covid-19 precautions have been taken by management. The floors are marked and there was hand sanitizer available.
I especially enjoyed the Greek music that was funneled in while you shop. But then again, I'm biased because I'm Greek. It made me nostalgic to go back to visit Greece

Every time I've been here it's been a bad experience. One time I was charged twice as much for an item and I didn't realize until after the fact and had to resolve it with them due to their employee not paying attention. I really think they did it on purpose to get more money out their customers. Then the most recent time I asked their employees if they carry a specific brand of sauces and the guy said no, blatantly. Luckily I checked myself and found they do carry the sauce brand. NEXT TIME IF YOU DON'T KNOW THEN SAY THAT, DON'T GIVE CUSTOMERS THE WRONG INFORMATION !!

I love this market!! I had been going for years, and I thought I should really check out the new Marianos. I took a break from Market Place, then decided to go back- Marianos was too big and overwhelming at times. Back at Market Place, when I was picking out my produce a gentleman stacking the cucumbers said, "where have you been?" I knew then that Market Place was "my store". Love the produce, the meats, all the ethnic foods but most of all I love the people that work there.

In a time crunch to pick up a few thangs and it's on my way home located next to an Aldi also helps. In keeping with trying to maintain a healthier diet I loaded up on a few superfoods like avacados, pineapples, ginger, & beets.
I'm going to roast the beets & Chinese eggplant tonight w/olive oil. After they're cooked I will peel the beets & eggplant, add a little salt & pepper.
This store has a nice produce section, competitively priced w/most produce stores (except Jerry's Fruit Market). Nobody can compete w/Jerry's produce prices.

Well, I do like this place, but it needs better management. The last occasion I brought home milk that was 5 days past the best use date. I usually check but was grabbing items as they cutting my lunchmeat and really, the employees should be checking that every day. It wasn't even marked down. I bought a package of vine tomatoes and when I opened them up there was mold all over the bottoms of them. Gross, had to throw them out.

This is one of my favorite grocery store. Well it would be a tie between this place and Fresh Farms. They have a great deli with a good selection of meats and cheeses. There is a section for feta cheese. The barrel feta is one of my favorites. There is a small section for prepared food with hummus, olive salad, potato salad, cole slaw, and others.
Their produce is fresh and they have a great selection. My daughter loves blackberries, so have been coming here a lot for fruit. They have a great selection of greens: kale, lettuces, Asian vegetables. The bonus is that there is an Aldi right

A nice marketplace off of Oakton, they have a nice variety of fresh produce. The staff is friendly, and the place itself is kept organized and clean. I am a fan of their freshly-squeeze orange juice that comes in a small pint or a half-gallon container. It is not too pulpy, but very refreshing and very fresh! They also sometimes have grapefruit as well as watermelon, depending on the season.
