Orthodontics is a specialty practice of dentistry. All orthodontists are dentists, but not all dentists are orthodontists. Orthodontists receive an additional two to three years of specialty training. Orthodontic treatment allows us to bring the teeth and jaws into harmony in three dimensions, resulting in beautiful smiles, improved dental health and function, and an enhanced quality of life.
Adult orthodontic treatment has certain demands that differentiate it from the needs of adolescent treatment. The adult patient usually presents with multiple dental issues, such as crowns, bridges, implants, and periodontal considerations. Knowledge and understanding of the proper sequencing and demands of these cases are very important, and we will work closely with your dentist and other specialists to achieve an ideal result.
Fixed appliances, like braces, are attached to the teeth using special cement and aren't taken off until treatment is complete. Removable appliances, such as Invisalign aligners, are typically worn about 20-22 hours a day but can be easily taken off if needed. Traditional metal braces are the most common type of braces and are more comfortable today than ever before.
Our office has invested in a low radiation x-ray machine that has the capability to take both 2D and 3D images. Having the option to use 3D imaging in select cases allows us to provide the highest quality care for our patients. With this state-of-the-art advancement in technology, we can ensure that complex cases have an accurate diagnosis and fully customized treatment plan for your individual needs.

I haven't started my Invisalign treatment yet - if the the treatment is as good as the consultation and service I will be very happy. The folks at Papasikos are running a very smooth operation and it is an excellent customer experience.
I want to highlight Maria's exceptional service in particular - she is a rockstar. She called me back 15 minutes after I submitted the form even though it was 5p on a Friday, got me an appointment for the next biz day and walked me through everything I needed to know to prepare for my appointment. The great service continued at the actual appointment

Both my boys received treatment from Papasikos Orthodontics and it is a really great place. From the first day I visited this office I’ve felt that my children would be in good hands. My two children are patients of Dr. Papasikos Orthodontics. My daughter had started out at another orthodontist that we were not happy with so we switched to Papasikos. The entire staff at Papasikos are genuinely kind hearted people. They are always quick to call back and are very accommodating with appointments. The doctors are both extremely knowledgeable and explain everything about the process taking place. The office is very clean as well! My daughter got her braces off and my son is about to…. It took awhile but they have beautiful straight teeth now!

What an amazing experience! The doctors and staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and professional. Everything was seamless from start to finish with my Invisalign treatment. It was always a pleasure to go to the office and they were straightforward about recommendations and services. They are trustworthy and genuinely care about their patients. This is round three for braces for our family, but first time using Papasikos. We wish we knew about them for our other girls. Papasikos is by far our best experience - the others not even a close second.
The front office staff could not be more pleasant or helpful. The facility is modern with a very comfortable waiting room. And they run their practice like a well-oiled machine. Added bonus is the parking! On-site with ample spots. And of course we are very happy with the results. Our daughter’s teeth look perfect. We cannot recommend this practice

My daughter has had amazing results with Dr. Arianna during the last two years. The front desk is very helpful, friendly, and polite. The office is very clean, high tech. The orthodontist assistants are great, talked to my daughter through every step. I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Arianna addressed my daughter and makes her feel comfortable. We have had a great experience with Papasikos from beginning to end. The customer service is excellent, and the check-ups and attention to my son's teeth was consistent and detailed.
I'll also say that the precautions taken for COVID19 issues have been the best I've seen in any doctor/medical office.

We are just about at the tail end of our time with Papasikos Orthodontics. Our experience has been one to boast about. I have heard many parents gripe about orthodontist experiences. I have not paid one dime over what was originally agreed. Even with broken brackets or any additional visits outside of regular appointments. I have had the good fortune of having both Dr. Papasikos (Arianna and Jacy) as my orthodontic specialist. The staff is amazing, especially Samantha and Diana!!! I would highly recommend anyone to this office. Their motto is true "Experience Life with Laughter" and boy did I!!

An Outstanding experience. Beautiful offices, friendly and knowledgeable staff and an outstanding doctor in Dr Papasikos. My 16 year old had lost his retainers during our recent relocation to the Pocono Mountain area in PA.
We called on a recommendation of excellency and drove an hour and fifteen minutes though we had local orthodontics in our area. We were not disappointed!! I can't speak more highly of this Orthodontist and the office as a whole.
I'm an adult with a permanent retainer (applied by a previous orthodontist years ago). Part of the retainer bonding randomly popped off and the sharp wire was causing me some serious discomfort. Here's quick rundown of my whole experience and why I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
I put in an email request on their website on a day they were closed. Samantha emailed and called me to follow up first thing the following morning. She was able to get me in for an appointment that same day.

I've been looking to move to the area and I've been researching dentists because I'm about to start the lengthy process of Invisalign in the next year.
