This place is absolutely amazing! I designed an engagement ring here and with the help of Michael and his siblings was able to get exactly what I was looking for. They are extremely personable and genuinely cared about us. Michael was able to take my ideas and description of my now fiancé to design something more beautiful than I could’ve ever imagined. I brought in two rings to get resized and worked with Diane. She examined both and discovered that there was damage to multiple prongs along with a chip in one of the diamonds. We are rebuilding prongs to secure diamonds along with resizing to fit more comfortably. She was wonderful and incredibly helpful!

Highly recommended. They are kind and professional whether you are purchasing an engagement ring or a $30 chain. I have had jewelry appraised, had custom work done, and bought out of the case....all great experiences. We went the first time because I really wanted Celtic knotwork in my engagement ring, and they did a beautiful job customizing a band to fit a family members stone. I never would have found a piece just like it anywhere else. Every time we go in they remember who we are and have great customer service.

I don't usually write reviews but I am just so frustrated. I visited Morrison Jewelers early January for a necklace. That day I chose multiple styles, and was told they would find a company to make the necklace in one of the styles then get back to me within a week. Two and a half weeks passed before I finally called back to check in. No progress… was made in that time. We went over again what I was looking for. That day I got a call back with information and a quote on a necklace they found for me. We went ahead and placed the order. It was supposed to be there in two weeks. Again three

My project, take three diamond rings and make a very special ring. What a great experience with Morrison's help. Michael listened to what was important to me and designed the perfect ring. We sat together as the concept came to life on the computer and I could see how it would look on a hand, amazing. The ring is so beautiful, I cried. Beautiful design with quality I can trust for a lifetime.

My husband had his mother's ring resized through morrisons, the ring was too tight on my hand for our engagement and they fixed it for free. Ordered simple gold bands for our ceremony and since then, had my husbands resized. Cleaned my set for no cost when his came in. Great service, had even talked about a new setting for the first ring with the help of Michael.
