I had tried massage and chiropractic, but realized that I needed to work on my core strengthening to help resolve my issues. The instructors at Puget Sound Pilates are fantastic and really know what they're doing. They were able to identify issues that I needed to work on and carefully tailor a program for me that not only helped my back pain but helped make me stronger and healthier in general.

Pregnancy can be a stressful time, both physically and mentally. We've worked with many pregnant women in our Olympia studio, and new research shows that Pilates can many benefits during this exciting time. A Spanish study started with 105 pregnant women. I first came to Puget Sound Pilates in October, 2013 for relief of back pain. I got very quick relief from my pain, but started to realize the benefits of pilates in my overall health and fitness. I was much stronger and had more stamina than ever before.
Val and Robin are both great pilates instructors, and they're adept at understanding what exercises are going to benefit me and they're fantastic at pushing you to just the right level to get the most out of the work.
Pilates for me transitioned from a solution for back pain to an important part of my life. I'm much healthier and fit now because
