From the mid 1940's through 1996 the US Navy operated 31 development laboratories in Warminster, Pennsylvania. These labs worked on military applications of technologies that we all take for granted today; including flight data recorder or "black box" technology, GPS and photosensitive lenses, generating over 50 patents annually.
Among the labs at the Johnsville Naval Air Development Center (NADC) was the Aviation Medical Acceleration Laboratory (AMAL) the centerpiece of which was the largest and most powerful human centrifuge that the world has ever seen. Take your party to the next level here at The Fuge! No party is too big or too outrageous here.

I wish I could give The Fuge a 10 star review. In 2019, my husband and I chose The Fuge as our wedding reception venue. Obviously, COVID happened, and that put a huge dent in our plans. Lea and Sam and their staff were so accommodating and flexible during this difficult time. They honored everything they had promised us in 2019 for our 2022 event—unlike some other venues during the beginning of COVID (Im sure you’ve heard the horror stories!). They were quick in communication and understanding and responsive to all of our concerns. The set-up, the ambiance, the everything was BEAUTIFUL the

Pretty cool place of American NASA history. It was the first centrifuge for humans I believe. To test the effects of G-force on a body....anyway it is a very nice place to hold any type of event. Large main area with a large dance and eating area. Lots of the old history was left in the building. You can even see the centrifuge in the main event hall called the fuge. Very clean and very nice staff.

ESCAPE ROOMS ARE AMAZING!!! I brought my boyfriend here with a few friends to do the Tesla Escape room and we had a BLAST figuring out the puzzles math equations for codes and figuring out what opened and what moved. We didn't win... or finish... but we definitely all want to try again! Probably with more friends and maybe an easier room hahaha

HUGE SUCCESS- Large Corporate Event
My company hosted 340 people at The Fuge this January for our Winter Event. Debbie was great to work with from the start and the entire team was extremely accommodating throughout the whole planning process. The bar manager, Juice, was very nice to work with and provided much guidance with our alcohol purchase and planning of signature cocktails. The pricing was extremely competitive, the venue looked awesome, food was GREAT, and everyone had a great time. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a large venue, and hope to be able to host more events here in

The Miracle League of Northampton Township, PA hosted a Halloween Bash fundraiser at the FUGE on November 2, 2019. It was one of the biggest events we've hosted to date and there were many dots to connect. The event committee members all have regular full-time jobs, none of which are in the entertainment industry, so we knew we had to chose reputable, reliable vendors and depend on them to make sure everyone had a wonderful time and we could focus on the business at hand - raising funds for our Inclusive Playground Project.
Choosing the right venue to host the event was the most important decision

Ohhhh how I wanted to LOVE this place!! The ambiance is incredible!! Had a company holiday party here and the story behind the location is amazing, so for them to turn it into a party venue was brilliant! The fact that you can actually sit in the centrifuge pod where the military/NASA astronauts trained was such a cool thing. They draped the circular room beautifully and had paper lanterns hanging at different heights from the rafters with up lighting up the draped fabric. BUT, and this is the only reason this place has only 3 as opposed to the 4 or 5 it COULD have, the food. Blech. The food is

We held my Dad's Celebration Of Life luncheon here and all I can say is WOW! Sara, Sam and Debbie were outstanding and did everything needed to make this special for my family. Even though they had a preset lunch menu, we were able to add and change things based on what we thought worked best. The food was great, the room space was outstanding and the service even better. We had so many of our guests complimenting us on the choice we made and it just couldn't have gone any better. We've shared this information with the Funeral home so hopefully more people will get the opportunity

We held our daughter's bat-mitzvah luncheon at the Fuge on March 30, 2019. The operations manager (Sarah) was exceptional. She helped plan every detail and was more than accommodating with special arrangements we had planned for the event, including a flute solo. We were a little worried about the food (hors d'oeuvres and entrees), but the quality of the catering exceeded our expectations. My guests also commented to me that they really enjoyed the delicious items that we selected, particularly the lamb lollipops. The venue is tremendous. We added guided tours of the centrifuge

Went for a company event today for the first time! What a cool space! Housed in a former Navy airbase centrifuge (hence the name), the place is loaded with atmosphere and history. The food was better than any of us expected (especially the hors d'ouerves - the marinated feta was delicious and the stuffed grape leaves probably the best I've ever had), though they didn't have enough serving stations to accommodate a group as large as we were, which resulted in some disappointingly long lines.

Had our Daughter's Bat Mitzvah there on 3/11/17. Can not believe it is over already. 2 1/2 years in the making and The Fuge hit it out of the ballpark! Everyone is still calling / emailing us and telling us how fantastic it was. The food was wonderful, the service top notch, and the atmosphere, well that speaks for itself! Everyone was so amazed to learn that this "hidden treasure" was in their backyard! We can not Thank The Fuge and their staff enough. They truly made it magical!

We just hosted our Son's East Coast Wedding reception in the NEW Studio room at the Fuge . 110 people. What a great venue. Tours of the Fuge, Piano player, Sundae dessert station, Red Carpet photo booth. The food was exceptional. Glazed salmon, Short ribs to die for and Himalayan salt block chicken and beef. Hats off to Sam & Liz and the entire staff in making our affair a great one. They were on top of every detail.

Probably a good prom or Bar Mitzvah venue, if the event is large. They do better with serving stations than table service; for an elegant, sit-down event, move on. I've been to 4 fund-raising events here that ranged from fair to awful. The service is poor and the food is haphazard, at best. The acoustics are terrible. I hope not to have to come back. There is just a lack of attention to detail. For example: the locks on all the bathroom stalls were broken in January. In late May they were still broken. The plates look like they were assembled at a high school cafeteria serving line. The dessert

The Fuge is pronounced "The Feeooj" and is shorthand for "centrifuge". It is named for the original purpose of this large, circular building in Buck's County, PA. Specifically, this former Navy centrifuge was used from the 1950's through 80's to test the effect of high G-forces on pilots, and later, astronauts. They strapped themselves into a capsule at the end of a long arm, and then the arm proceeded to rotate about an axis at higher and higher speeds until the desired G-force was achieved.
But now it's an event venue, with multiple event spaces inside

This adaptive reuse of the former NASA centrifuge where our astronauts were trained before heading for the Moon, is a model of excellence in concept, design and performance. It is worth a look just to see the once state of the art space technology now sitting above your head in a large circular room, bathed in warm blues, reds and greens. Where once science reigned supreme, now houses one of the most interesting and comfortable banquet halls imaginable.

I recently worked here at a week-long conference for Ebay (breakfast, lunch, dinner + coffee all day and breakout sessions for 320 guests). It's a really cool venue with lots of different areas for meetings and workshops. It's a little in the middle of nowhere, but I thought it was a perfect venue for this type of event.

What an awesome and unique venue. Had our wedding reception here and it was amazing. We married in the Caribbean and had the reception when we returned at the Fuge and the staff and Drexelbrook Catering managed to transform this venue into an amazing beach paradise. Friends and family are still talking about how it has been the best wedding reception they've been to. The staff at the Fuge and Drexelbrook go above and beyond to recreate your vision!!!

Just went to the FARE festival here yesterday and what a sick venue. So full of history. It's a circular room with a big scientific/astronomical instrument in the middle so it does kind of split the room in half, but it wasn't a problem in my opinion. There are plenty of really nice bathrooms too. Overall a really great place to hold a big event!

This is a very neat looking place...BUT... not a great place to have a play (The Rocky Horror Picture Show). It was impossible to hear the characters and the audience. I'm sure this would be a neat location for a wedding or banquet though. So for that I give it 4 stars, just not for the event I attended.
