Working with ODM Construction was an incredible experience and I want to especially thank Humberto, the general contractor and Oscar, his son, for taking their time to making sure my first renovation project was a success. The whole team was very professional, efficient, clean, and have excellent craftsmanship. Anytime I had a question I could just call Humberto and he would answer my questions. Humberto was on the job site everyday, was diligent and followed through with every detail. When issues or unanticipated conditions arose, he proposed quick and reasonable solutions.

We have had our entire house remodeled by ODM Construction in two phases. Our experience was handled professionally, beautifully and with skill. We did not even consider another company our second go round because of how pleased we were with first phase.  Humberto & Oscar understood of our needs and were always available,  and did an excellent job overseeing all the trades.  The designer and architect were patient with any changes and presented options that clearly showed they understood our overall look and esthetic. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a project on a home

The best choice I’ve made in 2020 was choosing to work with ODM Construction. We worked with them to make our 1st floor wheelchair accessible and update the 2nd floor bathroom, and we’ve been extremely impressed by the high standards they set for themselves and their care for their clients. They also make sure that the home is not only livable, but beautiful. Working on this home together has shown me that I can trust Humberto, I think that everyone who has a home improvement project should work with them if they can.

Can't say enough great things about ODM Construction. We hired Humberto to do a full kitchen remodel after interviewing several companies.Dante was the designer on our project.  He worked with us to design the kitchen until the design looked exactly how we had envisioned it right down to the cabinet hardware.
Once ODM Construction started the remodel, Humberto was on top of everything, and at the job-site regularly to oversee the work.  Humberto was always available when we had any questions we had about the project.  All the craftsmen were professional and performed their jobs to the highest

We have worked with a number of contractors over the years, but Humberto and ODM were different. There was a level of pride and accountability that I have not experienced before now. The crew would clean up after each day of work, which was very helpful given we did such a major renovation during a pandemic home lockdown.
The transformation of the house is incredible. We removed interior walls, added a shower to bathroom, moved the kitchen and opened up 45 feet of bi-fold doors around the new living space. This was a huge undertaking that required new footers and significant structural work.

Excellent workmanship! Our bathroom needed updating, and the workmanship on the tile, installation of plumbing, painting and general attention to detail was top-notch. Humberto has a good eye for color, also. Careful, courteous and good clean-up. I will hire him again for any improvements to our home.

All the crew were respectful and really became like family over our eight month project that finished within 2 weeks of the projected completion date! We LOVEÂ Â the ODM team and all the that made our dream a reality!! The old adage you get what you pay for is so true. We have a beautiful new kitchen great room master bath walk-in closet and laundry room! They did not miss anything. Our experience with ODM Construction was very positive. We did an extensive remodel of our kitchen that included taking out a wall and creating a great room, not to mention our home was built in 1962, so it was complicated. We met with Humberto the contractor/owner of ODM Construction to review the scope of the project.

True professionals in our remodeling project--which included gutting our old kitchen and restructuring it, changing the location of the laundry room to the tandem section of our garage, and building a new fireplace with built-ins. They had all of the right qualities: professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, attentiveness, consideration, honesty, timeliness, quality and attention to detail. Humberto is excellent. From the beginning he gave us a detailed breakdown of the work and allowed us to modify for our needs and budget. He listens to concerns and is responsive in a more than reasonable manner. Our scope of work was large including remodeling the entire interior with addition of a new bathroom and entirely remodeled kitchen. After checking with several contractors prior to hiring Humberto his pricing was middle of the line and for his professionalism he is totally worth it. I would and will hire ODM Construction in the future and hope he continued his business in this manner!

Prior to the remodel, I had 5 different contractors quote me on this project: Three contractors that only took measurements and left within 10 minutes; one contractor, more like a salesman, that barely looked at the bathrooms and was just trying to make sale (came with an ipad with a long presentation and pushed that they would give me a discount if I signed with them the same day, a lower discount, if signed within a week, and so on); and Umberto from ODM Construction.

Home renovations are never easy or comfortable but Humberto and his team made our experience a smooth one from step 1 of breaking ground to all the way through to the final touches.
ODM Construction is a great option if you're looking for a contractor. They can do it all from paint, to electrical, to my bathroom remodeling which came out perfect. Humberto told me 3 weeks it will take to remodel my bathroom and it was done in 3 weeks.

Wow. I have had nothing but the absolute BEST experience working with Humberto and his team. Trustworthy, honest, diligent, and will get the job done to your EXACT specifications.

My husband & I are extremely pleased with ODM Construction and their quality of work. We hired ODM to do several interior & exterior remodels over the past month & a half. ODM helped us design our master bathroom & closet. I am absolutely happy with how everything turned out!!! Humberto and his team of workers pay close attention to detail and as a result their work is top quality! They never leave anything unfinished or a mess either.
