Services
Minimum loan amounts apply. Interest starts accruing when funds are disbursed. Interest is waived if repaid in 180 days from first disbursement. When open line period ends, the balance becomes a fixed rate installment loan; repayment terms vary from 18 to 126 months. Actual loan term may be shorter if less than the full approved amount of credit is used.
We feel that communication is critical and this list is one way of keeping you informed on how your project will proceed. Workers will typically begin between 8:00am and 8:30am and will typically work 8 - 10 hours except on last day where workers may leave early depending on time of completion. Crews typically consist of two or three people.
We do NOT collect any money for our labor until work has been completed to your satisfaction!. We furnish you with updated copies of our Licensing & Insurance Certificates of Workman's Comp & Liability Insurance. As a family-owned company, you will be interacting with the owners - from the first phone call to the last detail in completing your project.

We can’t say enough good things about Costas and his team! If I could give 10 stars I would! Their work is thorough, neat and quite frankly amazing! Costas has great communication and always kept us informed of the progress made at the end of the day and any changes/issues that needed to be addressed and fixed. We will definitely use them again for more of our paint projects!

We had used Imperial Painting Inc. for our exterior of our home six years ago and were so impressed with them that they were the obvious choice for our interior when it was time. We had our kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom painted and we couldn’t be happier! The owner, Costas, and/or his son, Chris, were onsite every single day to make sure things were going well. Our painters, Maria and Avelino, did an outstanding job on repairing drywall and the paint job itself is amazing! Maria and Avelino take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. On a late summer Sunday I was cutting my lawn and noticed my homes exterior really needed a painting before winter. I called Imperial Painting Monday morning, within a few hours Costas came out to quote the job. Luckily they were able to fit my house onto the fall schedule before temps fell too low. Communication was great throughout the process. Watching the painters work you can tell they have years of experience. We recently hired Imperial Painting to do some exterior painting for our house in Chesterfield and we’re very happy with the results. They came out initially to power wash & inspect our trim, which they ended up removing & replacing some rotted wood the same day. The painting job was scheduled early and they were able to get us in right before we had a vacation planned. The painting only took one day and they did a beautiful job. The crew was very professional and respectful of our home, and Costas was on-sight for most of the day. Costas is extremely responsive and kept us informed throughout

Absolutely over the moon with how nice our living room, stairwell, and hallway turned out! We have always done our own painting and are pretty picky about the details. However, when it came time for a refresh and to repair some bubbling drywall and tape lines (from the original builder), Imperial Painting did a fantastic job! Very impressed and highly recommend. After painting the living room ceiling, they went back and did more patching and repainted because THEY weren't happy with it! And they still finished in 2 days!
