Very quick to get estimate (others would not return calls) showed up on time, reviewed work to be done. Work completed with better results than i expected. Excellent service from my first contact at the office, inspection & estimate, updating me on status delays because of weather. The crew that came to clean & treat my roof plus seal the seams on my porch roof were courteous, prompt, and thorough.
The guys even removed a very large limb from my carport & fixed the dents. I could not be happier with my experience with Highlander Roofing. Highlander Roofing replaced our old roof for us. Deven came out to give us a quote and he was very friendly and informative. They were on time with their arrival to do the job. Their price is on the high side compared to their competitors but this seems to be justified by the quality of materials used as well as their timeliness and professionalism. There was a small communication hiccup, but Shanna and her team went out of their way to make it up to us. Based on their response it seems that communication is generally a top priority for them.
