Just off of I-64 near Route 10 in Kinetic Park. We are proud to offer instruction for athletes aged 18 months to 18 years.

AMP Athletics offers all levels of Tumbling for any athlete who wants to learn how to tumble. The Gymnastics Program at AMP Athletics has been designed to train athletes in improving their physical abilities as well as help teach important life lessons.
From our Preschool and Recreational classes to our Developmental Pre-teams to our growing and highly competitive Junior Olympic and Xcel Teams, AMP Athletics' Gymnastics Program offers a variety of options all designed to help young athletes pursue their individual goals and achieve their athletic dreams.For our youngest gymnasts, we offer a Parent and Tot class.

Child development experts have found that active children develop both physically and mentally faster than children who are less active. AMP Athletics' preschool gymnastics program is a great launching pad for any child to begin to develop a lifelong love for health and physical fitness. Our preschool gymnastics classes focus on balance, body awareness, flexibility, and strength, all of which will help any child excel.
AMP Athletics' offers a variety of gymnastics classes for children (Kindergarten and older) that focus on each child's particular skill level. All of our gymnastics classes are meant to prepare our athletes to reach their gymnastics goals through teaching proper technique and form as well as life lessons.
The Gymstrong Program at AMP Athletics has been designed to train athletes in improving their physical abilities. We have learned that the gymnastics strength training provides countless benefits to our athletes, and that same strength training can be used to benefit every athlete.

At one point or another three of my children I have taken gymnastics here. The coaches are amazing the ladies behind the desk always are able to answer any question I may have. Thanks for your professional training and for creating wonderful memories for my children.

It was fun while it lasted but.. seriously if you think you can get away with putting an 11 year old on a strap bar to do giants WITHOUT checking straps is ok? No she flew off and crushed 8 adult teeth! She was in the hospital for 3 day has to wear fake teeth and gets implants when she’s 16. I’m very disappointed and ruined a lot luckily now she’s a dancer. Terrible.

The staff is very friendly and the place is clean as well as inviting, but there are many issues with the tumbling classes. It's not always the same coaches/teachers each week. Consistency is extremely important in order to know the students, where they stand in their training, and what they'll need to work on in the near future. The coaches/teachers will give a lot of attention to a select few and others that are clearly struggling get very little attention at all. Even to the point that a move is blatantly being done wrong right in front of them and they do not correct the child. This isn't every

Had my 2 year olds party there and they booked a 4 year olds party at the same time. That's fine. They also booked a 10 year olds party that ended up having 50+ kids. Terrible management of having those age ranges together on the same day. The 10+ year olds had ZERO adult supervision and it was a free for all. They were playing tackle football, soccer, and throwing mats at each other. Ridiculous to have that many older children running free when they know there are little ones trying to have parties too. I cannot recommend this place. Its too expensive to put up with that.
