Great service from start to finish. EP knows every facet of the security business: they quickly assessed our residential situation and made their recommendation based on our specific needs. We knew exactly what we were getting, how the products would look and the cost prior to installation. Mark's installation job was great, the only indication that work had been done was our beautiful new locks! They function perfectly, and operation was clearly explained to us. Mark went above and beyond by adding a layer of security to our garage door as well.

This has got to be the best service I have had. They are wonderful my garage door broke they came out the very next morning to repair it they did not have the spring I needed so they had to order it. They got the part ordered and delivered and got my garage all fixed with in 2 days of it breaking. I had a wonderful experience with this company my technician Mark was just great and Lori in the office was great also. This company is awesome.
