I can't thank these guys enough for helping me re-balance my pool chemical levels after my water had turned cloudy. I tried fixing it myself with the help of Google/YouTube with no luck. Finally I brought a sample to Andy and they knew right away the problem and sent me home with the right solution. They told me to wait 2-3 days and sure enough 3 days later my pool was back to being crystal clear. A+ company

They are not a well run company. We bought a place with a pool that needed work. They either neglected to tell us or didnt know all the issues we had with our pool. We had a bad liner that needed replacing, which they did ok other than putting the liner literally over the light in the pool. But they didnt tell us multiple things that we needed to do with coping, drainage problems, and the decking around it. We basically paid them to do work that we have to redo. Not to mention it wasn't a great to work with them while they doing the work. If you can, find another pool company.

This is year 2 or 3 with these guys. The technicians from Andy Brown's are always friendly, efficient, and informative. The owners and managers are also attentive and focused on hearing my needs and getting things done. Fairly priced to boot versus some of the flashier services out there. I'll stick with the guys that get it done!

It's not often you can call a pool company and actually have the owner answer the phone. We replaced our liner, filter and heater on a pool that hadn't been used for 3 years and Andy has been responsive and trustworthy. We tried working with several other companies and were left with no-shows and poor service. Andy Brown's guys have shown up when they said they would at the busiest time of the year and have done a great job on the installation - even managing through a power outage due to recent storms. Our pool is back up and running like new again.

I have worked with Andy Brown SR and his staff for 11 years - any time I have had a problem with my pool - they drop what they are doing to help me find the solution. I call for chlorine - sometimes at the last minute, I go to the pump room in the morning - there it is, the chlorine fairy has delivered it!! They do what it takes to get the job done. They have worked around the clock repairing and/or replacing pumps, drains, filters for me so I can get my pool open for the holiday. They ALL go beyond the expected for me and for everyone I have ever seen in their store. If you need pool anything
