Attitude when called them was rather snobby, "did you purchase it here?" And "we only service item bought here do you understand that.." And when speaking to the "only" service guy they have, he was less than enthused about coming out to look at our washer my mother purchased from there in 2006. Day of service and no call, no show.Will not shop here ever again. And thats sad.

We have purchased several appliances through Fearings and have them install the new appliance and haul away the old ones. Having purchased many previous appliances through national chain stores, I appreciate that they provide an exact time of arrival rather than a window and they arrive at that time. We also haven't had to wait weeks past the time the appliance comes in for the install. We haven't needed any repairs done yet, but it's reassuring to know that they are very easy to work with in regards to installations.
