This place is absolutely worthless. I went in for a fuel filter and they would absolutely not help me. It's just a simple fuel filter for a different brand mower other than their brand name Mahindra. They will absolutely not help you if you bring a part from another brand of tractor. They wouldn't even try to match it up. Instead it's "NO" we don't carry other brand parts. When I mentioned the brand of tractor I have the old man at the counter gave me a dirty look as if it were a crime to own a different brand other than Mahindra. Don't waste your time going here. There's plenty of other businesses

Loved that Russel didn't try to mansplian everything about the zero turn we were interested in buying to me. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I can't understand the logistics of a lawnmower. The previous place we stopped at didn't understand that concept, and even tried to convince me that the self adjusting belt that was run on a tensioner pully needed adjusting... clearly Troy at Kubota didn't think I was very bright. Worst service department EVER !!!!! Tractor was finished on a Friday and was told they had to finish up paperwork.... Wed. I drove over to pick up and was not able to because paperwork was still not completed and was told to give them another day to finish..... I'm sorry but that is 4 days of not having my tractor because you can't get your paperwork done...NOT HAPPY and will never use them again.

Even though I'm a relatively new tractor owner, I'm happy to know that I can count on Bill's Tractor and Equipment, I ordered a glow plug controller and it was shipped the same day and showed up a day early, Bill's Tractor is my new " Go to" for anything I need, thanks again for the super service, hard to find nowadays

Bought a gravely zero turn for my 12 acre property in floresville so far machine has been absolutely perfect other than a blade swap
good people and good prices service desk is on point would recommend to my friends

Needed Mahindra part that dealer told me would take 6-8 weeks to order and receive. Couldn't wait that long.
Contacted Bill's Tractor at its website. They had part in stock, took my order on Monday, shipped it that same day and I received part at my home on following Thursday. About took longer for me to install part than it did for Bill's to get it to me.
Parts personnel not only very efficient but also very courteous and helpful. I give Bill's 5 stars only because there was nothing higher.

I would give them less but it won’t let me. I placed an order for a part that the salesman assured me they had in stock at their warehouse. They took my money immediately and I received an email with my order number. After about a week and a half with no further information I attempted to track my order. Their program would not allow it so I had to call them. After about 5 failed attempts and messages with their after order service not answering the phone or responding back to messages I called the parts counter. The first employee I spoke with told me my order had shipped. I said thank you and

We worked with Chris and he was able to provide quick reliable information and helped us through the process of financing and hauling away our trailer and tractor package with very little down time. Purchased a STIHL gas powered chainsaw for my husbands Father’s Day gift. I had a particular one in mind and they had it!!! Daryl went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed and allowed me to purchase over the phone. My husband was on his way to pick it up from them so, I asked them not give my husband the invoice as it was a gift and they accommodated. Purchase went so smoothly and my husband loves it!

Rude and over priced. I contacted Bills about a zero turn mower and asked several questions only to have literally one word replies not answering my other questions. Russel Yell was my only contact and obviously had no desire to help me with info or a purchase. As another person stated they run at least $300-$400 higher that other dealerships and this is supposedly after their advertised "military discount". I recommend Vets and others check other dealerships in the area and be careful dealing with Bills, I know I'll never contact them or give them my business in the future

My Dad bought a mahindra almost 20 years ago and it is such a workhorse that I bought one from Bill's!! The sales department was great and had a humorous disposition which made the experience fun! The other dealerships treated me like I didn't know what I needed and deferred to my male companions. I told Troy exactly what I wanted and they got me a better price than any other dealership. We have been service customers for almost 20 years as well and have always gotten amazing service. Here's to another 20 year relationship with Bill's Tractor!!
