Lake Point Vineyard is a family owned winery that specializes in fruit wines; such as Peach, Watermelon, Blueberry, Blackberry, Scuppernong Muscadine, Strawberry, Cranberry, blended fruits and our own dry red wine. Most of our wines will come from our own fruit but we will also support local Alabama fruit growers.

Wines from 14 different Alabama wineries were awarded 20 gold medals, 26 silver medals, and 14 bronze medals at the 4th annual Alabama Commercial Wine Competition (ACWC). Lake Point Vineyard and Winery submitted two wines: Honey Love (Mead) and Fresh Pear Wines. HONEY LOVE was awarded a GOLD MEDAL and FRESH PEAR was awarded a BRONZE MEDAL.

Nice folks. Good wine. Gotta love places like this. Had wines we'd not tasted up north, made from local fruit. Owners couldn't be friendlier. Simple place.. Don't try to complicate things. Didn't see any charcuterie on a normal day but be they do bring you treats and water to cleanse your palette . They were good about the Celiac in me... Gave me a few treats that were gluten free. Casual. Meant to thank both owners of for their service. Be it in the military or a dependent... They served our country and can now be proud of their wine establishment. You were great hosts. Coco we loved having you

Visited this place with my friend and it was nice! Atmosphere was lovely, weather was just right, knowledge of all the different wines was awesome. I love how they give you a tour and explain the start up of the business. Wines are not that expensive-over all I love it!!

The hands down best atmosphere and fine wine in Alabama. If you don’t go you have wasted an incredible memory, and possibly the best wine to have ever touched your lips.
There is a flavor for everyone here.

Very nice place. The owners and staff are very friendly. But that is just icing on the top the wine is excellent. It's a must try if you are in Alabama, Georgia, or Florida. It was well worth the 2 hour drive from Florida.

This place is so adorable! 25$ for 10 wine tasting. Minority owned. Owner told me only one of 10 minority owned wineries. Prior military owner. Outdoor seating. Friday night date nights. Unique made only there set tea wine and lemonade wine you xant get anywhere else.

Amazing owners/staff. Very knowledgeable and thorough on the process of making wine. Wonderful hospitality and the selection is phenomenal. The peach and sweet tea is remarkable. Every wine enthusiast needs to add this venue to their list of places to enjoy good wine! Lake Point Vineyard is a wonderful gem that is very close to Montgomery. The owners & staff have gone out of their way to share their passion for creating amazing fruit wines, as well as a relaxing atmosphere to just unwind! Great wine, beautiful scenery, & good friends makes this business a place to often revisit. I have only been there 3 times, but whose counting!😂

Wonderful owners who were very informative. They provided tours of the grounds, and the wine making process. They use man different fruits grown on their property to make the wines. (Strawberry, blueberry, pear, peach, watermelon, muscadine, scupadine, BlackBerry, apple) We were able to taste several different wines, and recommendations were made based on our personal preferences. This is the ONLY winery in Montgomery County Alabama. Service was phenomenal. Can't wait to take more people!
