Lucked into a 2 night stay here last week. Fantastic location with a killer stream by the firepit. Meet some awesome regulars there and it is within walking distance to some excellent margs and pizza. Their shop has all the jerkey you need to bike and all the Twisted Tea tallboys for afterwards. Rooms extremely clean and owners and staff were superb! Highly recommend this motel. With definately make this a yearly stay. Great way to see a real side of Montana! Would love to own a place exactly like this someday soon.

Yes I stopped for ice cream on a 50° rainy day
I had the huckleberry ice cream, and frozen huckleberries.
The ice cream was perfect temperature/consistency and was very yummy. The huckleberries were also good!
As this was a general store, there were a lot of other things to buy there, from power tools, to some automotive stuff, to pocket knifes, cold drinks, to snacks.
For you RV'ers, adventurers, and truckers: there is a cul-de-sac at the end of the street large enough to turn a semi truck around (not exaggerating).
